Rhode Island Red -- Coop Ready

This is an order for Coop Ready Birds.  They may not have hatched yet, and will be ready the amount of weeks you select after their hatch date.

Rhode Island Reds are one of the most popular chickens with people for backyard flocks.  They lay a large quantity of large brown eggs and are hardy for most environments.  They are very active foragers, and are a great addition for pest control!  They always seem busy outside...looking for bugs and worms, but also enjoy being friendly with the family. Reds are considered a dual purpose bird because they also become a larger chicken, so they are useful for both eggs and meat.

Note:  4-6 weeks will be off heat, but may not be ready to go outside full time depending upon your weather.
