Buff Orpington -- Available Now

Buff Orpingtons were one of the very first chickens I purchased for my first flock.  They are gentle, loving, soft and wonderful birds.  They happily cluck the day away looking for bugs and worms, while being friendly to the other chickies.  They lay a large tan, almost pinkish color of egg, and are considered very good egg layers.  

If you are looking for a calm, friendly bird that may jump in your lap for snacks, and stay there to bask in the sunshine, this is the breed for you.
