I love all the colors and different patterns of the Wyandottes, and the Splash Laced Red is such a beauty!
The Splash Laced Red Wyandottes are gorgeous chickies that have a laced color pattern which is mahogany/red in color with light grey around the edge of every feather. Similar to the Blue Laced Red, Splash is the lightest shade out of the blues. These chickies are so beautiful, friendly and soft. I absolutely love having them in my flock. They are little sweeties!
The hens will on occasion go broody and they make excellent mothers. They work well in confinement or free range and are a great back yard chicken.
